…our small marmalade manufactory

During the whole year we prepare for you the best marmalades and jams, made from a huge variety of fruits grown here in the Czech Republic and abroad. The currently available variety will depend on the time of the year and fruit season. It is possible to taste all available types when requested at the hotel reception.

Because all our marmalades are home made, there isn’t enough stock to serve for breakfast at the restaurant. It is possible though, to taste some samples right here at Premier.

Our marmalades and jams are the perfect choice for preparing oatmeal, yoghurts, pancakes or as a heathy and tasty breakfast complement. They also work well as a snack for children and as a present that will please your close ones by its taste and looks.

About our jams and marmalades

Most of the ingredients we use for our jams and marmalades are BIO certified. The jars that aren’t BIO certified are not of inferior quality, since we also purchase from smaller gardeners and farmers, who simply don’t own BIO certificates. What they own is a garden full of tasty and fresh fruits.

This means that you will not find any chemically altered fruits in our marmalades and jams.

We also cook clean. We do not include pectigels, gelfix and such for marmalades and jams.

We thicken our products using naturally sourced pectin, which comes from citruses. It means you won’t find sorbic acid nor any other horrible things inside. All marmalades and jams contain a big percentage of fruit. When you open the jar, the fruit is simply THERE :-)
