General Terms and Conditions
1. Booking is done via reservation form, which is located on our website www.hotelpremier.cz, or by e-mail sent to premier@jizerskehory.cz.
2. By sending the form, your reservation is not confirmed. Booking and hotel confirmation is possible only in writing, usually by e-mail. In case your requested room is full or the date is fully booked, you will be offered a different date or a different room option.
3. Booking that is confirmed in writing is binding on both parties.
4. In order to accept the reservation, the hotel is entitled to require an advance payment of 40% of the estimated amount of accommodation.
5. The guest is obliged to pay the advance payment within the specified due date.
6. The advance is paid non-cash based on the payment information sent by e-mail.
7. The guest is required to pay the rest of the payment for accommodation during the stay, no later than at 11.00 am on the day of departure.
8. In case of early stay cancellation or interruption with no fault from the hotel's side, the hotel is not obligated to return the payment nor its equivalent. Hotel Accommodation 1. Check-in on the day of arrival is possible from 14.00 until 22.00. Previous accommodation is possible only after agreement with the hotel reception. Later check-in must be announced by phone or in writing at the hotel reception. 2. On departure day it is necessary to leave the room until 11.00 am. The option of later check-out is possible only after prior agreement with the hotel reception. Cancellation terms 1. Cancellation terms refer to the cancellation of reservation by the client. 2. In case the client cancels the reservation less than 15 days before arrival, the advance payment is non-refundable and a cancellation fee is charged. 3. The hotel reserves the right to change the cancellation policy in case the reservation is made earlier than 15 days prior to arrival. In this case, the guest will be informed about the cancellation terms by the hotel reception via e-mail.
